Perfect Ship LLC is an independent app studio in New Jersey, and a company of Carter Shipbuilders LLC.

The studio is named in honor of Joseph Thomas Carter III. Read more on the Heritage page.

A perfect ship is not the one that never takes water. It is the one built well enough to bring everyone home. That is the standard every release is held to: nothing ships that could not carry his name.

How we build

One app launches at a time. Nothing ships unfinished. Every app must run unattended before the next one starts. When something is no longer worth maintaining we retire it honestly, with notice and a way to get your data out — and its pages stay online.
